Adam Vincini
Director
Adam has built his career on a simple idea: find a way to weave the things you love into the work you do.
His career began as an undergraduate accountant, working as assistant to the CFO at Mercedes-Benz Retail AuPac - an early grounding in how real businesses run. Public practice came next, and with it a myriad of roles across tax, accounting and business advisory, working with just about every business type and structure along the way. A long-held passion for property gave that path its turning point: in 2017, Adam took on a new challenge and founded the mortgage broking offering at TF Partners. He hasn't looked back since.
That same instinct drives Adam and Modus today. He has deliberately niched his service offering into three areas close to his heart: Music, Entertainment and Property.
Adam treats every client like family, and takes real pride in the quality of his work and the way it's delivered. There's an Italian word for how he likes to work - sprezzatura: the art of making something difficult look effortless.
Outside of work, you'll find Adam at a live gig, playing guitar, over a hot stove in the kitchen, or out in the garden.

Steven brings more than 35 years in public practice to the Modus team - a depth of experience that's hard to overstate. Over that time he has worked with countless small businesses, coming to understand not just their numbers but the people and ambitions behind them.
His mission is a straightforward one: to provide professional, personable accounting and taxation services, delivered in a friendly and efficient way that businesses and individuals can genuinely rely on. For Steven, good accounting is built on trust and long relationships - many of his clients have been with him for decades.
Outside of work, Steven is a devoted Collingwood supporter, keeps active whenever he can, is an avid world traveller and loves his fluffy cat Mardy.
